In 2026, Lucy Brialey was honoured with a Global Recognition Award for exceptional achievement in Leadership, her second major global honour in just six months.
Scoring highest across all four leadership dimensions assessed, she joins a highly selective group, with fewer than 6% of applicants worldwide receiving this recognition.
Global Sustainability & Wellness Leadership Award
Our CEO, Lucy Brialey, was awarded the Global Sustainability & Wellness Leadership Award at the Global Peace Hospitality Summit & Awards in Dubai in October 2025.
This international honour recognises Lucy’s pioneering work in embedding sustainability and wellness across global spa, hospitality, and tourism sectors, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to create real, measurable impact.
Economic Growth and Wellness Institutes, The Kingdom of Bhutan
In January 2025, Vitalis Capital and our sister company, Sustainable Wellness Group, were invited to Bhutan by Garab Dorji, Founder and President of the Tourist Guide Association of Bhutan to meet with Government officials and explore establishing wellness centres in Bhutan.
